Currently serving as a Captain within her department, Trisha has spent 26 years navigating the high-pressure environment of first response. This career has not only instilled in her a deep sense of structure and leadership but has given her firsthand insight into the physical and emotional toll of traumatic work.
As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and a licensed provider for Yoga For First Responders (YFFR), Trisha is dedicated to sharing the tools of resilience with her peers. Her teaching style is rooted in authenticity and professional excellence, focusing on how mindfulness can mitigate the unique stressors of the job. By looking at leadership and wellness from all angles, she helps her students build the mental and physical grit necessary to serve their communities for the long haul.
Trisha is a 200-hour cerrtified yoga instructor. Trisha brings a rare perspective to the yoga mat, blending 10 years of personal practice with over two decades of experience in the fire service.
